CycleSense provides event management services for all levels of cycling events.

We can organise the end-to-end delivery of an event or assist with the following:

  • Preparation of an Event Management Plan.
  • Development of a Risk Management Plan.
  • Preparation of Traffic Management Plans.
  • Development of a Site Plan.
  • Submission of event applications to relevant authorities.
  • Provision of Race Director services.
  • Technical advice including course selection, event categorisation and personnel/equipment requirements
  • Development of a Marketing Plan.
  • Preparation of a Sponsorship Proposal.
  • Arrangement of event equipment and infrastructure.
  • On-site management services.
  • Advice on event optimisation (e.g. electronic timing).
  • Advice on event insurance options.
  • Ongoing liaison with relevant authorities (e.g. local government, Police and Main Roads).

Our event experience….

 G2I-logo-web CS = E has worked with the organizing committee for the Grafton to Inverell Cycle Classic since 2012. We provide Risk Management services, operational planning , management of the permit application process and Race Director services for this National Road Series event.
TDV_logo -reduced CS = E have organised and ran the Tour de Valley since 2012. The Tour de Valley originated as an individual time trial event on a beautiful, scenic course in the Currumbin Valley ideally suited to this discipline of cycling. With the introduction of a Team Cycling Challenge in 2013, it has evolved into a festival of time trialing that offers opportunities for all levels of cyclists.
vetride logo CS = E enjoyed their involvement in the organisation of the 2016 VetRide ‘Service and Sacrifice’ ride from Seymour (Victoria) to Canberra. The ride was an all points tour to Canberra, culminating in a final ride and Ceremony at the War Memorial. CS = E provided assistance with the ride route as well as Risk Management and Event Management services for this great event.
