Administrative Services

  • Review of the practices that cover general coordination and management of events and risk arising from approved organisational events and activities
  • Provide recommendations on how to effectively coordinate and mange events and to identify and address risks associated with approved organisational events and activities
  • Partner organisations in implementing risk management and event management/coordination processes

Event Services

  • Prepare Event and Risk Management Plans and coordinate the event application process with the relevant authorities (Local Government, State Government and Police)
  • Prepare Traffic Management Plans for events
  • Prepare an Event Operational Manual to provide organisers with an easy to follow plan to operate a successful event

Education Services

  • Provide participants with education sessions and documentation on safe sporting practices
  • Provide authorities (Local/State Government departments and Police) with education sessions (e.g. workshops) on risk assessment and management in relation to sporting events and activities.
